LIPOcel - Full Stomach + LH

LIPOcel is a medical aesthetic treatment that utilises advanced ultrasound technology (HIFU) for ‘permanent’ non-invasive fat reduction and body contouring. It is a non-invasive procedure which will target and reduce localised areas of fat, resulting in a more sculpted, smooth appearance.

Using HIFU technology (high intensity focused ultrasound), LIPOcel precisely targets fat cells beneath the skin, heating and disrupting the fat cells, causing them to break down, where the body naturally eliminates them through the lymphatic system.

Our bodies do not grow new fat cells, which means LIPOcel leaves a permanent reduction in the treated area.

As LIPOcel is a HIFU treatment, it offers a 2-in-1 of fat reduction and skin tightening. LIPOcel is TGA registered and FDA cleared.

NO. OF TREATMENTS REQUIRED

LIPOcel can be offered in single or double passes in the one sitting. The number of treatments per area varies, but typically requires: Single pass – 3-5 treatments Double pass – 1-3 treatments

WHEN RESULTS SHOW

Some results can be seen immediately after the treatment. 80% of the results are at 20 days, with the full results would be after the turnover time of our body’s turnover, which is 12 weeks.

Expirations, Refunds, Deposits and Cancellations

Refunds and Exchanges

Svelte medispa will provide refunds in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act (Australian Consumer Law). Please note, refunds are not provided for change of mind.

You may be entitled to an exchange or refund of a product or service where it is:

• faulty;
• substantially unfit for its specified purpose and cannot be remedied within a reasonable timeframe;
• unsafe or creates an unsafe situation; or
• significantly different from its description/sample.

If there is a problem with a product or service, and it can be remedied, we will attempt to remedy it within a reasonable time. If remediation is not possible, the above will apply, and you may be entitled to an exchange or refund.

Please keep and produce your proof of purchase for all refunds and exchanges (e.g.: your receipt).

Customer results may vary, and as such, no refund or exchange will be provided if the service or product did not provide the desired result, excluding any faults/major problems outlined above.

This refund policy applies and you agree to be bound by these conditions, when purchasing pre-paid treatments including packages for multiple treatments.

 

Cancellations

At least 48 hours’ prior notice must be given for any appointment change or cancellation.

If you give less than 48 hours’ prior notice, or if you do not attend an appointment, we reserve the right to redeem a treatment from your package and/or retain any deposit paid.

Promotions

Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.

 

Pre-paid treatments & Packages

Pre-paid treatment packages must be redeemed within the following periods, after which, any unused portion will be forfeited:

• Pre-paid Skin treatments must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Body treatments must be redeemed within 12 months from date of purchase. Where 6 or more body treatments are purchased, these must be used within 18 months of purchase.
